We had second ultrasound and this is the picture. Look at beautiful eyes, nose, lips and the hand. I even saw him yawning and move his tongue.

My daughter Anusha is nearly 2 years old and since she was born i like a true mother devoted all my time and energy on her upbringing keeping my professional front at a back seat. However in this world where the survival of the fittest is the mantra , one has to show professional acumen and constant additions . I decided that this was the right time i should make my forey into mangement conferences as a presenter. And the first feather was my paper titled " Lifeline express(LLE) and its role in delivering health care services to rural India," presented at a conference in IIM Ahmedabad.

I am 19 weeks pregnant :) Ultrasound was performed last week, 06-11-07, it lasted for at least 30 minutes. We both were excited to see the baby again especially to see the baby moves in my belly. The first time we saw the baby was the very first prenatal visit, 04-04-07. That time when he was just 2 cm long. The second visit was to listen to his heart beats. The sounds were so loud and amazing :) With this recent ultrasound, I had to drink 16oz of water and can not go to restroom until the it is done. The technician told us that it is a boy, which gave a big smile to Pappu's Dad :).

Our friend Hemant has finally decided to go back and settle in India. We went to his "Going Away" party.
It was a fun gathering. There was another one of those "it's small world" encounters, when I came across Raj.
